Use of ProFitnessMD’s telemedicine services does not establish an in-person doctor-patient relationship unless and until the physician has reviewed your medical history, approved treatment, and begun providing medical guidance.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All fees for medical services are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We do not accept insurance. All payments are out-of-pocket and processed via secure third-party systems.

Refunds will not be issued for completed consultations, prescriptions, or treatments unless there is a proven case of error or negligence on our part. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us directly to resolve the matter professionally.

6. Prescription Policy

We prescribe medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide only after a full review of your medical history and a determination that treatment is safe and appropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue medication at any time based on medical judgment, changes in health status, or misuse of prescribed treatment.

You may not transfer or share prescribed medication. Doing so is illegal and may result in immediate termination of care.

ProFitnessMD does not guarantee specific results from the use of Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, or any other treatment. Your progress is dependent on many factors, including your commitment to the plan and your overall health condition.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if we believe your actions violate these Terms, endanger your health, or compromise the integrity of the practice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Utah.
